Another part of the food legacy is the influence of Colonial Western cuisine and its many forms adapted over time. Our restaurant is a tribute to all those who have come before us and enhanced the delicacies of the region. Here, we add our own twist to many of the well-known and lesser-known dishes that span various cultures and countries.
